DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst must be a strong communicator with the ability to wear many hats, work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate very quickly. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive optimization of online marketing initiatives.

The Digital Marketing Analyst:

  • Analyze website data on traffic sources and patterns and can provide insight on data trends and anomalies in order to improve business performance;
  • Prepare charts, graphs, diagrams and executive dashboards to assist in planning, execution and analysis of the marketing activities with different data visualization tools;
  • Analysis and reporting across the conversion funnel and sales performance on our company website across all products;
  • Be the expert at uncovering conversion problems and opportunities within each funnel;
  • Define the A/B testing strategy to validate decisions and continuously learn and improve the purchase funnels;
  • Following the digital tools implementation, all website tracking e tagging, and debugger analytics;
  • Identify and create custom metrics and dimensions to elevate insights to analyse the online business;
  • Develop regular reports on website analytics, focusing on acquisition, usage, and conversion, write narratives and business justification of reports and analysis to influence stakeholders and drive decisions;
  • Analysis the effectiveness of our marketing budget, with particular emphasis on our performance in search (both PPC and SEO) including Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) analysis across all spend categories.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in analytical intensive roles within digital marketing
  • Very good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, creating custom reports, segments with good skills in regular expression
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills in line with the scrum agile framework
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
