The candidate will manage 6 resources from the Graphic Department and will have an active part in making the Art Director’s indications into graphics for web and print projects.


  • Coordinate the graphic team, overviewing all tasks, projects;
  • Become a brand guardian by reviewing all designs for consistency and maintain design specifications, styling and content for internal and external use;
  • Cooperate closely with IT and UX teams to help the development of web projects;
  • Ensure that the tasks meet agreed schedule and that final artwork are delivered accurately to specifications to other teams;
  • Generate and check weekly assets: editorial for emails, web pages, promotional spots, advertorials, inserts and direct mail;

Skills and Experience:

A solid digital design experience across a range of media and a history of communicating a brand across all forms of visual communication (e.i. user interaction, audio/video assets and photography).

Essential skills:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Web design, Graphic design, Visual design, a university honours degree in Design or related field;
  • Strong digital design experience;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • Strong time management of projects and tasks; able to adapt quickly to ever changing priorities;
  • High proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect;
  • Must be detail orientated, is able to work with tight deadlines and needs to be extremely well organized;
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce / retail environment ; knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications;
  • Knowledge in photography and video editing for fashion and luxury Brand;
  • Knowledge in Html, Css and Javascript principles;
  • Fluent English/Italian.
