CRM SPECIALIST

The CRM Specialist will assist the CRM Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various marketing channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist CRM Manager to deliver a strategy to optimize customer retention and to increase customer lifetime value of existing online customers.
  • Assist in evolving, optimizing, and launching future phases of our loyalty program
  • Responsible for executing (setup, targeting and testing, deployment and optimization) email campaigns and tactical promotional emails to the customer base.
  • Collaborate and work to improve email segmentation and personalization strategies through testing and analysis, providing recommendations to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Creating and developing multi-channel communications, including SMS and push messages, all aimed at improving customer retention.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within email/marketing automation system and analytic tools like Google Analytics 
  • Experience of working with segments and customer audiences
  • Understanding of CSS and HTML and email design best practices across devices
  • Adobe Design Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) knowledge preferred
  • A Degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
