We are hiring a Customer Service Agent for our internal team, who will be responsible for direct contact with customers, providing assistance via email, phone and live chat.
The resource will assist customers with all requests and needs before, during and after the shopping experience.
The Agent will also be in charge of back-end activities, monitoring orders and shipment tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English, Spanish and French;
• Experience working with customers in the luxury market;
• E-commerce experience;
• Good problem-solving skills.
