At LuisaViaRoma we want to be a truly data driven company, that enables every team to self-serve data and analytics from easily accessible tools, push hypothesis driven product development, optimise marketing channels, and deliver one-source-of-truth KPIs and metrics management.
The data team works in an agile and collaborative way interacting with the engineering team, the marketing team, the product team as well as buyers and merchandising teams.
The Data Analyst (focus Digital) main responsibility will be to manage and improve marketing automation and attribution models, as well as providing insights on website, CRM and app performance through Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and other analytics and personalisation tools.
In addition to this, as part of the wider data team, the Data Analyst will be involved in other projects including, but not limited to, working on dashboards, product analytics and AB testing, customer segmentation and data science.
