Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible to: 

  • Define the product monetization, price optimization and discount/promotion strategy, driving execution to achieve long-term business goals;
  • Build the pricing and promotion plans for the respective product lines;
  • Know customers and different markets intimately such to be able to define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible, and monetizable market position;
  • Monitor business metrics in regards to revenue, profitability and market share; drive changes to the pricing strategy as needed to ensure performance goals are met;
  • Evaluate competitive trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace;
  • Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and grow profitability;
  • Collaborate with Finance and Buying Team to ensure pricing and promotion plans are optimized for both sellability and profitability.

Basic Qualifications

Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Exceptional numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem solving

Experience using pricing tools

2+ years of leadership experience within the fashion business

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic

Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Fluency in English and Italian

Preferred Qualifications

Management experience within a global team

Ability to influence both internally and externally

Ability to execute in the short-term while simultaneously developing a long-term strategy
