We’re looking for a SEO Specialist who will report directly to CMO.


•    Develop the OnSite strategy by continuously improving the SEO performance of the Website, identifying quick wins and new opportunities that could increase the Website visibility across the main search engines on the key Countries
•    Constantly monitor the crawling and the internal linking of the Website to evaluate interventions that could improve the accessibility and indexing of the pages that have greater value
•    Analyze the daily SEO performance both from a visibility side and from a business side, tracking the website rankings, analyzing competitors and performing audits
•    Define in pair with the IT department technical interventions and developments, finding SEO-compliant solutions to keep the Website up to date to the search engines latest guidelines and reporting issues that could be harmful
•    Develop and monitor the OffSite Strategy finding the best opportunities to provide quality backlinks to 
•    Be in touch with the other departments to carry on the day-to-day workflow and be aware about new business decisions that may require actions on the Website
•    Working in a multi-channel marketing mix, be constantly updated about interventions and requests made by other channels and find the best SEO opportunities
•    Manage back-offices and internal tools and analyze possible new development that may be helpful to improve the SEO workflows
•    Periodically define KPIs and key results for the SEO Team and provide reports about the channel's performance
•    Stay up to date with latest SEO trends being able to find the best practices and search engine guidelines that may improve the Website rankings

University degree and Master in Digital (preferred)

Proven SEO experience (minimum 2 years)

Required Skills:

•    Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and other development languages that could improve or affect SEO performance
•    Experience on international SEO projects, multi-country / multi-language websites or gTLDs
•    Knowledge of the main SEO tools (SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc.)
•    Knowledge of the best practices for the other main Search Engines (other than Google)
•    Excellent knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
•    Excellent ability to identify and recognize the main SEO KPIs
•    Ability to recognize and solve crawling and technical issues
•    Knowledge of the main OnSite and OffSite SEO ranking factors
•    Always be up to date on Google updates and the main innovations introduced in organic search
•    Excellent writing and speaking skills in Italian and English
•    Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skill
•    Ability to work within a team and independently
