Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Junior Merchandiser to help us reach our organic goals.

* will be responsible for assisting the Web Merchandiser team in the execution of website content and catalog updates, to ensuring that products appear in the right way, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the Buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist with ongoing website catalog content maintenance including SEO features for products and collections
  • Merchandise product categories both visually and according to weekly retail strategy
  • Monitor best sellers and working to optimize sales opportunities
  • Managing daily/weekly homepage and website content and imagery making sure this is all in line with our luxury/fashion image and that it is always up to date
  • Continuously merchandising the website to create an exciting customer experience
  • Monitoring on site search terms to increase customer usability

 

Requirements for this role:

  •   Passion and a true interest for fashion, luxury, digital and e-commerce
  •   Enrolled student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Communication or similar
  •   Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of another language is a plus
  •   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is a plus
  •   Good knowledge of Google analytics
  •   Good visual eye and excellent data analysis
  •   Creative approach to mixing products together
  •   Ability to multi-task effectively, exceptional attention to detail and strong inclination to problem solving
  •   Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  •   Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve

 

Location:

We are based in Florence, Italy. This role can be performed in a hybrid form (office/remote).
